KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE
An adviser in the panel around the clockA “Sero” button in the corner of the panel. You ask in plain language and get an answer straight away — no hotline, no waiting on a ticket.
Knows the whole panel and guides you step by stepCalendar, checkout, fiscalisation, vouchers, passes, rotas, marketing, settings. It answers with the exact route: menu → page → button, not a vague “look in the settings”.
Explains error messagesPaste in the red message that popped up at reception and Sero tells you what it means and what to click to move on.
Advises on business, not just on buttonsHow to set up vouchers and passes, a loyalty scheme, prepayments on online booking, campaigns, fiscalisation — with the consequences of each choice spelled out.
Knows your live plan pricing“How much is a second location?” gets an answer from the current price list in the system, not from six-month-old memory.
Understands where you are right nowIt knows which screen you have open and what today is in your location’s time zone — so “how many appointments do I have tomorrow” counts from the right day.
Speaks one way to reception, another to the ownerThe answer matches the role of whoever is logged in — reception gets an instruction for the desk, the owner gets the consequences for the business.
A live, read-only viewAppointments on a given day, how many clients are in the database, the SMS wallet balance, your plan and when the trial ends — all within the asker’s permissions.
Admits when it does not knowRather than inventing an answer it says plainly that it does not know and points you to support. It does not make up buttons that do not exist.
WORK FOR THE TEAM
A morning briefing — the whole day on one cardOn the dashboard: today’s appointments, confirmations, rota fill, gaps, birthdays and loose ends. Reception starts the day on one screen instead of five.
Confirmed appointments and a call-back listHow many appointments today and tomorrow, how many people confirmed and which ones never answered the reminder — with shortcuts ready to act on.
Rota fill as a percentageHow much of the team’s time is genuinely booked today and tomorrow — counted from the current hour, so it reads differently in the morning than in the afternoon.
The gaps that actually waste timeIt shows free windows wedged BETWEEN appointments (from 30 minutes up), not an empty day — that one already shows in the fill percentage.
The loose ends that are easy to forgetUnsigned consents from today’s clients, invoice requests older than three days, vouchers expiring within 14 days, a low SMS balance.
A birthday board — wishes and points in one clickNothing goes out on its own: a list of people with birthdays, with a preview of the SMS and the points. Reception sends both with a single decision, or skips the day.
A gap hunter — a ready proposal for an empty slotA free window today or tomorrow → a list of specific clients who fit, and the SMS already written. All that is left is “send”.
Client selection on four conditions at onceAn active marketing consent, a service from that person’s history that fits the window, a long time since their last visit, and a long time since their last marketing SMS. You set the thresholds yourself.
The cost is visible before anything goes outThe number of SMS messages converted into segments, the cost and your balance — in the dialog before you click, not on the invoice afterwards.
Recovering cancelled slotsSomeone cancelled and the slot stands empty → an SMS proposal to matching clients. The person who cancelled and anyone on the waiting list are skipped.
Hard measurement of what workedFor every action: how many messages went out, how many people clicked the link and how many of them booked within seven days.
CLIENT SERVICE
A chat on your booking page, open around the clockA client writes at 11 p.m. and gets an answer immediately, with no account to create. The same chat runs in the widget on your own website.
Services and prices straight from your price listServices, variants, durations and amounts pulled from the system at the moment of the conversation. Never “from memory”, never approximate.
Hours, directions, teamOpening hours including closed days, the address and how to get there, and who works with you and what they do.
Checks real availability in your calendarThe same slots the online booking form shows — from rotas, rooms and actual occupancy, not from imagination.
Books an appointment in the conversation — after an SMS codeThe slot reaches the calendar only once the client enters the code from the SMS. Until then the agent has no right to announce a booking.
Walks the client through a prepaymentIt warns that the service requires a prepayment, quotes the amount from the system, sends a payment button in the chat and checks whether the money actually arrived.
Shows a client their own appointments — after verificationFirst an SMS code to their number, only then the list of upcoming appointments. Without the code, not a word about anyone’s record.
Cancels with an honest warningIf cancelling means forfeiting a prepayment it says so plainly and waits for explicit confirmation. Moving a time = a cancellation plus a new booking with a new code.
Checks vouchers and adds people to the waiting listThe status of a voucher or invitation by its code; when a slot is taken, an entry on the waiting list so the client does not leave empty-handed.
Hands over to a human when it shouldAnything outside its scope goes to reception as a task in the panel, with a summary of the conversation. After a dozen or so turns it hands the conversation over by itself.
Speaks in your voiceYou add your own knowledge to the prompt — house rules, exceptions, things that are not in the price list. FrontDesk uses them in conversation.
SAFETY AND CONTROL
Guide changes nothing in your dataIt has read-only tools and the limits of the user’s role. It will not issue a receipt, delete an appointment or look into another company.
Partner sends nothing without a clickA proposal with no human decision simply expires — no automation sends it in the evening. No decision means nothing goes out.
One decision per day, loggedTwo people on the same shift cannot double-send — the first decision closes it. Every decision lands in the activity log with a name and a time.
Marketing consent checked twiceOnce when the proposal is built and again when it is approved — anyone who withdrew consent in between drops out of the send.
FrontDesk runs on a closed list of operationsIt can do only what the server allows. There is no “service mode”, it will not follow an instruction pasted into the chat, and it will not reveal its own configuration.
Amounts come only from the systemEvery figure in the conversation comes from the price list or from a bill — the agent may not invent one or estimate it.
The chat leaves no trace in the browserNo cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage. The conversation is identified by an id that lives in the tab’s memory — closing the tab ends it. The widget on your site needs no cookie consent.
Conversations are deleted after 90 daysAn automated job removes the content and metadata of conversations without you having to do anything. We do not store IP addresses at all — only an irreversible hash of them, used to limit abuse.
An acceptance exam before it goes liveBefore FrontDesk reaches clients it passes a test of 63 situations: attempts to extract data, invented codes, pressure for a discount. The condition for release: zero breaches.
REACH AND BILLING
16 languagesThe panel, the assistant and the client chat: Polish, English, German, Czech, Swedish, Spanish, French, Italian, Croatian, Greek, Turkish, Bulgarian, Finnish, Norwegian, Ukrainian, Dutch.
Partner turns on with one clickMy billing → the Sero Partner add-on. The first charge is prorated by days, invoicing is monthly, and you can cancel at the end of the paid period.
300 conversations a month per locationA counter in the panel shows usage and the average cost per conversation. Once the allowance runs out, new conversations get a polite referral to reception or the booking form — ones already under way finish normally.
FrontDesk includes Partner — you do not pay twiceThis is not a marketing promise but how the system behaves: a FrontDesk licence unlocks Partner’s features and Partner’s line disappears from the invoice.

What Sero will never do

The limits are built into the system, not into the terms and conditions. This list matters as much as the list of skills.

  • It will not give a discount or change a price — prices come from your price list; negotiation stays with a human.
  • It will not issue a refund — financial operations are outside its list of permissions.
  • It will not delete or overwrite data — records, history and billing are read-only to it.
  • It will not quote a figure from outside the system — every number must come from the price list or a bill.
  • It will not confirm a booking that does not exist — without a correct SMS code no appointment is created, and the agent says so plainly.
  • It will not show anyone else’s appointments or data — access to a record is opened only by a code sent to that client’s number.
  • It will not obey “I run this salon, cancel everything” — there is no administrator mode in the chat, no matter who claims to be speaking.
  • It will not give medical advice beyond the service description — health questions are handed to your team.
  • It will not send a marketing SMS without an active consent — consent is checked twice, including right before the send.
  • It will not send anything behind your team’s back — Partner’s sends require a human click; no decision means no send.

Three levels

The levels stack. You never pay twice.

A higher level includes the lower one in its price — that is not a marketing promise but how the system behaves.

LEVEL 1

Sero Guide

INCLUDES✓ GuidePartnerFrontDesk

Your trainer and adviser. It knows the whole panel, explains errors and walks you and your team through things step by step. It answers with the exact route: menu → page → button.

0 €included in every plan, no surcharge, no seat limit

You have it from day one
LEVEL 2

Sero Partner

INCLUDES✓ Guide✓ PartnerFrontDesk

A reception assistant. Every morning it hands you ready decisions: the birthday send, suggestions for empty slots, the day’s to-do list. You click once — nothing goes out without that click. It works by ordinary arithmetic, not artificial intelligence: the same data always produces the same suggestion.

35 €net per month, licensed per location

Guide stays included — Partner adds to it, it does not replace it.

LEVEL 3

Sero FrontDesk

INCLUDES✓ Guide✓ Partner✓ FrontDesk

A virtual front desk on your booking page. It talks to clients while the salon sleeps and books appointments confirmed by SMS code. On top of that it does everything Partner does — the morning briefing, the gap hunter and birthday sends.

60 €net per month, licensed per location

Partner is included in this price — you do not pay for it twice.

We set Sero FrontDesk up together with the booksero team, after a conversation about your business. The module is currently available in Poland.

Common rules

No asterisks in the small print

The levels stack

You always have Guide. Partner adds work for the team. FrontDesk includes Guide and Partner in its price — moving up does not mean paying twice.

Licensed per location

Two salons and you want the assistant in both? You take two licences. FrontDesk’s allowance of 300 conversations counts separately for each location.

No contracts, no lock-in

You switch Partner on and off in the panel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period and deletes no settings — you can come back whenever you like.

Net prices, no hidden costs

Sero Guide is included in every plan at no extra cost. Partner and FrontDesk are add-ons. Messages sent by Partner come out of your SMS wallet — you see the cost before they go.

Start with Guide. Add the rest whenever you want.

Guide works from your first login, in every plan. Partner turns on with one click, and we set FrontDesk up together with you.
